Guild recruiting

When guild recruiting is not set to "open" only designated recruiters will be able to invite any character to the guild. The recruiter will do so at their discretion within the preferences of the guild leader. During these times if there is a non-recruiter wishing to have a character brought into the guild, they will need to talk with a Master Templar or someone with recruiting ability.

When guild recruiting is set to "open" all of the members of Heaven will be able to recruit at will. During these times we only ask that you try to invite people you really think will become a good and helpful member. It is always good to ask someone some basic questions to see their intents on joining before inviting them. Please do not invite anyone with offensive toon names or attitudes. A good personality is always a must. Any abuse of the recruitment power will result in such power being taken away and a possible kick from guild.

^^ I normally have it set to "Open", but only Recruiters or higher can finalize recruiting people into the guild. This is due to a past mistake where we got flooded because of people randomly recruiting every single person they could find. Make sure to ask a few basic things, like what they are looking to do while in a guild, and how long they have been playing the game. Asking how long is NOT a term for declining new members, it is so we know what we need to explain to them, basically ^^
