Guild Ranks Empty Guild Ranks

Post by IROALFWEA Fri Mar 05, 2010 11:25 am

This site and the in-game guild follow the same basic rank structure. Here are the ranks, qualifiers, duties, and perks.

(Some Ranks have hidden perks which will not be listed. Also, there are 5 rank divisions. the higher the rank, the more say you have, though in an argument, rank is worthless, the higher your rank, the more power you have, and the stronger a demotion is. All demotions are to rank I from your current rank.)

IN-GAME

RANK I: Initiate (The Hopeful, and the Detained)- Has not registered at this site yet and has not signed the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. Has no status, though they have guild castle access in-game, they do not have [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] priviledges and has an in-activity limit of 3-5 days before getting booted. (This rank is also given to any other rank that repeatedly breaks rules, or second time bank theft, depending on value of taken items. It's also used for various other reasons.)

THE NEXT TWO RANKS ARE ON EQUAL FOOTING!

RANK II: Low Templar (The Questers)- Has registered and signed the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. In-game character is under level 50. Once Templar status has been achieved, character can access [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] freely and has attained standing within the guild structure. Character may now take on more responsibility and has an inactive limit of 14-21 days. Banking is set to 30 items a day.

RANK II: High Templar (The Endgame Division)- Similar to low templar except their in-game character has achieved a minimum of level 50 on at least one class. This rank should be willing and able to run/assist low Templar through needed instance runs with little to no help. The kick extension remains at 14-21, and are presumed to have basic knowledge of some endgame instances.Banking remains at 30

The next 5 ranks are also equal.

RANK III: Gatherer (Resource managers)- This group contains the people who are usually gathering for guild resources, and normally gather five hundred (500) Units of each resource a week, more if they choose so. With this, they gain a decent boost in bank withdrawal limit. (+20)

RANK III: Crafters (The Shopkeeps)- Need a new pair of chain boots? Or perhaps a new staff to go with your favorite robe? Talk to this group of people, and bring them the supplies they ask for to get the items you need to stay on top. Or, if you can't provide everything, make a deal for exchanging a small amount of money with them, along with what you can get, for your new item. For their services, they get banking, and possibly a bit of spare change...

RANK III: Class Masters (Masters of the Trade)- This group is for those who have proven to have extensive knowledge of their character, and can tutor+ help train lower level people with the same class setup. For their services, they also gain a boost in banking. (+20)

RANK III: Recruiter (The name speaks for itself)-Basically, the ones who work on making the guild bigger, and direct new members to the forums, to have them sign the items here in the Front Desk. (+20) banking.

RANK III: Guild Officer (The Peacekeepers)-This group is mainly there to be the neutral point in arguments, and the rare fight or two. They help restore balance by working with a fellow officer to find out the problem, and suggest ways to fix it peacefully. They also gain the bonus banking status, and their word carries slightly more weight then the Templar. They also assist the Master Templar if necessary. (+20)

RANK IV: Master Templar (The second in command)- These are the people chosen by the Grand Templar (the guild leader), and are the people who keep the guild running when the Guild master takes leave. This rank is rarely given out, and is decided between the current Master Templar, and the guild master themselves. Master templar also gain Moderator Status on the forums, other than the[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]. A massive bank bonus is part of their reward. (+50)

RANK V: Grand Templar (The Boss)- The person in charge. Oversees and monitors all guild functions. Responsible for overall guild activities, members, and basic guild structure. Has full power and trusted by all other guild members. Assists often, and helps out who they can.

Thanks for helping me out. I'll finish this and work on some more stuff to get us back in gear, I feel a lot better today.

EDIT: Need to tinker with the settings more, lol. Labelled myself as a noob, lol.
