the reason Nate and I have <100 Rep is because I was working on it while we made the forums, and I set it to 100 after inacting it. this change went in 2 days before finishing the forums (though the pledge is far from done, lol. I will be working on it slowly, as we make a new name for ourselves )

Its set to 100, meaning neutral, basically. I cannot change his rep or my own, or anyone elses, so it's frozen where it is, except by voting posts + or -

...or we just suck

Naw, I was fiddling with stuff and I turned it on BEFORE I set the 100 threshold, so I gave you and I the short ends of the stick, so to say, lol

Just a comment i have for the recruiting portion. I use to be 2IC for WarriorPoets guild at one point. Recruiting wise i feel its so much better to recruit lower lvls then higher. for the reason the grow in your community and become part of the family. But when it comes to 50+ its more misses then hits. they leave because they expect more then most guilds can give. So do we have a main lvl range that we are more comfortable recruiting and are there certain specific questions that we should ask them before inviting? Sorry my comment has a question but please state opinions. I can take it if i'm attacked LOL.

Well, I prefer lower levels, for that same reason. As for questions, I prefer you make a couple up, rather than me tell you what to say. It helps make it a bit more personal, though all I request is if they have experience with MMO's, and how active they are. other than that, I don't care what you ask ^^

Meh, I'm really lenient right now with kick limits, though that may slightly change in the future, right now being on once per two weeks serves fine, though kick is at 28, it is more fluid at 14-28, depending on our total amount of people. when we're nearly full, you have to up the ante to keep your spot, at 14 day kick. right now, when we're really relaxed, I let it slide to 21-28. either way, it beats the people who DON'T sign the stuff, weighing in at a mere 3-7 days. (Some ranks hold longer terms as well, but those are secret until you attain them...And their timers are set in stone...)

well i'm now on just about everyday. Hopefully we can get the rest of the guildies on so they can be able to access the info on here. I will let the guys know that are on today if someone else doesn't beat me to the words.

Being new to Runes of Magic but being involved in other MMO's heavily such as World of Warcraft, MapleStory (being in the number one guild of a highly populated server), and Silk Road:

This has to be better organized and well-kept than any of the guilds i've been in. Even the MapleStory guild that was number one in the world! People in this guild are extremely helpful and its fun just even to log on. I'm glad I switched from Indigo server to Artemis to join you!

i come from the wahiki guild and was trained by chief hairybutt. many have wanted to be in this guild but only the chosen can. first you must dance with the bearded woman. much vodka before that actually happened. Then you must wrestle the bear woman. again much vodka. but only few have lived after these horrific tests of warriors!!!

(*Facepalms*) We would be more up and running (and organized...) If our older forums didn't drop, but I'm glad they did, lol.

Hey thanks man, it's really nice to hear that, it means were doing everything we need to do and having some fun while doing it.

So true, and I think were doing a great job. I enjoy these forums more than the old ones, I think we got a good thing going on here.
